We believe our food to be the finest traditional fare available in the city.
We can cater for all dietary needs (some warning can help in special cases, though) as we prepare the vast majority of our comprehensive menu fresh to order.
We use local suppliers wherever possible and endeavour to support smaller businesses like ourselves.
A sample menu is shown below, but please be aware that this will change constantly as our chefs work with their ingredients to delight our guests’ palates.
Sunday Roasts are available on Sundays only funnily enough, and are served in a traditional manner.
The diverse range starts with steaks and mixed grills.
We also at present are serving Barnsley Chops, Pork and Black Pudding Stacks and Chicken Boursin.
For a piscatorial treat, there is Beer-battered Haddock and chips, Grilled Sea Bass and Tarragon Sauce, Sea Food Tagliatelle.
We also have Home-made dishes, including Steak Pie, Lasagne and Cottage Pie all served with a range of appropriate vegetables or fresh salad garnishes.
As for sandwiches, well, they are varied and are served on hand-cut, locally-baked bread with a salad garnish and chips.
There are also wraps, jacket potatoes and of course no meal is complete without a dessert!
